About the Author

Dr Ken Addley OBE MD is a lifelong rugby supporter, member of Dungannon rugby club and a season ticket holder at Ulster Rugby for over three decades. As a medical doctor he was part of the medical team in Dungannon rugby and the Ulster Schools XV during the 1980s and the 1990s. Ken has undertaken published research on injuries in Irish rugby. In addition, he has written extensively in journals and books on a range of health-related topics. In recognition of his services to occupational health in Northern Ireland, he was awarded an OBE in 2015. Ken currently lives with his family in Belfast.

All net proceeds from the sale of the book will go to support the work of the Ulster Rugby Foundation Charity
